Hello. My name is Lori Dodge. I have owned, loved, and raised
Miniature Pinschers and Boxers for 16 years.
I met my wonderful husband, Kevin, in Larry Sinclairs' Confirmation
Class 14 years ago. We each owned a
Boxer at that time. That is when he took me to my first dog show.
Well, eleven years and two children later,
we still enjoy each other's company and the company of our dogs.
Seven years ago, I decided to have a less ornery breed that was
easy to live with and show. I borrowed as
many Chinese Cresteds as possible to live with so I could determine
if they would fit into our active family.
(I had previously vowed to live with my next breed before owning
it.) Socializing other people's puppies is
very hard. I have determined, over the years, that starting a
puppy out-right is a lot easier than trying to fix
one.
The first time I walked in the ring with my rescue Chinese Crested
and got a 4-point major, I was hooked. I
had been beating my head against the wall for years with the MinPins
and Boxers. That was the confidence
I needed that connects my entire show and breeding program. I
knew I had the eye and could train a well-
socialized show dog.
I have also been a dog groomer for 16 years. I started my own
business in 1989 that has grown with no
advertising at all. My business spread by word of mouth. To me,
that is the highest complimenting a
customer can give you.
By being a dog groomer, I have found the most important thing
you can give your puppies: good health. I
believe you are what you eat, so that is why we feed Health Wise,
which is a natural pet product. It is made
with all human grade ingredients; no cancers, tumors, or by-products.

We also do health testing before we breed. Our goal is to have
a beautiful, healthy, well-adjusted puppy
that can show confirmation, obedience, and agility. Our dogs and
puppies are family members, spending
much time with us by going to work with me every day. We hope
